Where He Ends and I Begin (Home #3) by Cardeno C. (5 Stars)

I absolutely adored this sweet and extremely steamy romance with lifelong best friends turning into lovers. The plot focused around getting Jake and Nate to realize that they should take their relationship to the next level. Jake has a strong, gruff personality with everybody except Nate. He treats Nate like the treasure that he is. Nate is just a sweet gentle guy except when protecting Jake. These two are the definition of soul mates, and I loved how their feelings for each other were never in question. They absolutely adored each other, and it came through in all of their actions throughout their lives. I loved the flashbacks which helped us get to know them even better. They were always trying to protect each other and help the other one be successful.  The chapters switched between their points of view allowing me to really feel like I got in their minds and truly understood why they said and did everything. There were even a few scenes that had me tearing up with happiness.

Time to Do (Perfect Timing #3) by Kim Dare (5 Stars)

Best friends to lovers theme, this erotic romance focused on Rigby’s realization that maybe he wasn’t straight after all. Hearing the thoughts of both Rigby and Brennan, and seeing them work through this major change in their relationship, made for a very touching read.

My second time with this amazing story! Although part of a series, stories are not related and order is not important. However, I’ve read all of them and highly recommend each one.

Speechless by Kim Fielding (5 Stars)

Simply brilliant! Although Drew lost his ability to speak after a car accident, he and Travis communicated extremely well together. I really felt like I got to know both of these characters in a meaningful way. The major angst in the story was realistic, and the wonderful ending made me well up with tears.

The Gig is a free short epilogue, available at Dreamspinner Press, which was also excellent!

Words and Their Digestion by seventhswan (5 Stars)

Somewhat sad story, but with a very touching HEA, about a young man with an unusual, but serious, issue with the effect words have on his life. The loneliness of his existence hit me so hard. The plot revolves around his interactions with his two best friends until complications arise in the form of a new friend.
